About our Speakers

Keith Smith, CISSP CISM | Director, Information Security & Privacy | Alta Resources

Keith Smith is Director of Information Security and Privacy for Alta Resources where he leads an information security team responsible for all aspects of security and compliance of a global organization. Keith led the selection and implementation of Secret Server, including adoption across business and IT teams. Keith’s team is utilizing the core functionality of Secret Server to protect user credentials, reduce risk, and meet compliance objectives.

Keith is a reformed Systems Administrator who spent more than fifteen years as a Senior Systems Engineer and Architect for a variety of companies across the public, private and defense sectors.


Doug Sharples | Enterprise Account Executive | Thycotic

Doug Sharples is an Enterprise Account Manager at Thycotic. Doug works closely with 250 of the largest organizations in the Southeastern United States. Doug, originally from the UK, has spent most of his career in the security space on both sides of the pond and uses this experience to act as a trusted advisor to his customers. Doug is excited to hear about your experiences at Unlocked Fort Lauderdale, in addition to sharing how Thycotic has solved other organizations' security challenges.


Scott Bailey | Senior Engineer | Thycotic

As a Pre-sales Engineer, Scott Bailey has helped customers secure programs and data from attacks by protecting the integrity of their networks' privileged account credentials. Scott understands the liabilities presented by vulnerable information systems and how this impacts business. He also knows the goals that information security teams and IT operations teams are uniquely invested in, and works with these diverse stakeholders to successfully address the technical components of their security challenges. Scott is a Thycotic solution expert, so feel free to engage him in questions about any product features or technical concerns.

Is my ticket transferrable?

If you can't make it, but someone else from your company can, they can definitely come in your place. If you know in advance, email Molly at molly.troha@thycotic.com and we'll switch names for you on the guest list.


This is too far away, can I forward the invitation to a colleague?

Sure! As long as they're interested in security and learning more about Privileged Access Management or Least Privilege strategies, we'd love to have them.


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Nope! Only thing required is you!
